Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design websites, webshops, in responsive design, if needed
- Design user interface of mobile applications according to specifications
- Design images, logos, icons, banners, illustrations, graphics, print materials, collaterals, packaging and similar marketing materials
- Create wireframes if assigned or needed
- Assist in creating a monthly social media plan
- Brainstorm and create advertisements and marketing materials
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies (e.g., link building, inbound marketing, SEO, outreach, content entry; set up pages and blogs, etc.)
- Do marketing research
Our current work set up is hyflex. Teams are assigned to work in the office on certain days of the week. You will have the best of both worlds: WFH conveniently without the travel and traffic, and experience the socialization and collaboration in the workplace.
1902 Software is located in Filinvest, Alabang. We welcome applicants from Southern Metro Manila: Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, Taguig, Parañaque, as well as from Cavite, and Laguna.

Requirements
- Applicants must be proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other design software
- At least 3 years of working experience in both web and graphic design
- Understanding of AI and prompting is a requirement
- Working knowledge in HTML and CSS is not a requirement, but a huge advantage
- Good in spoken and written English
- This is a full-time, office position.
