1 Co-Dev
Start with Co-Dev when you want to help shape the software. We build a working prototype together using agentic development tools, no coding needed. Once completed we then engineer the production version as a Fixed Price Project, and ongoing improvements can continue through Continuous Monthly Development after launch.

2 Fixed Price Projects
One defined project with a clear beginning and end: a new webshop, an app, a major upgrade. We define the scope together, agree the deliverables, and calculate a fixed price for the whole thing before development begins. Large projects start with Project Scoping. Where Continuous Monthly Development is an ongoing stream of tasks, a Fixed Price Project is one scope, one price, one delivery.

3 Continuous Monthly Development
You send tasks whenever they arise; we handle them, always by the best person for the particular job. Care and Care Plus: one fixed monthly price, nothing billed on top. Care Ultimate: a fixed price per task or group of tasks, approved by you before work begins. All plans include a Monthly System Check and improvement suggestions.
Why one monthly price saves more than money
Every task in traditional development starts with waiting: a quotation is prepared, a price is negotiated, an approval is chased, and only then does the work begin.
With Continuous Monthly Development there is one fixed monthly price, so none of that exists. You send the task, and the work starts. You save the money that cost overruns would have taken, and you save the waiting time that quotations and negotiations would have taken.
Each month you get the output you would normally expect from one experienced developer or specialist, and there is no lock-in, stop anytime.

Care
Steady work at a fixed monthly price, handled in writing: you send a task, the right developer or specialist handles it. No meetings, no estimates to approve. Ideal for jobs that just need to get done.
Care Plus
The same monthly output as Care at its own fixed monthly price, plus two hours of meetings a month, and up to two developers working on up to two tasks at a time. Ideal when work needs advice or planning first.
Care Ultimate
For larger engagements across multiple systems: send as many tasks as you want, scale the team as volume grows, and approve a fixed price for every task or group before work begins.

"The system consisted of a centralized database having 28 clients located all over Mongolia stretching across 2 time-zones. However as the communication facilities were limited and 24/7 online access was out of the question, the data transfer had to be kept to the absolute minimum, as well as each client needed to have its own decentralized database. As the number of vehicles in Mongolia is fairly limited (about 150,000 in 2003), the databases were based on MSDE 2000, having a maximum capacity of 1,000,000 vehicle records, with the possibility to upgrade to a regular SQL server later if required.
The unique part of the system is the data exchange between the server and the clients, relying on an absolutely minimum quantity of data to be exchanged. To keep the central database up-to-date, updates are generated and sent by a zipped and encrypted email from each client at the end of the working day using a dial-up connection or LAN connection; during the night the central database is updated with the data from all 28 clients and an update is returned to the clients thereafter (excluding each client's own data). The client database is subsequently updated at the start of the following working day ensuring that the content of all databases is identical by the morning.
A log is generated for these transactions and reports are automatically produced keeping the administrator informed about the status of each client database. The system was developed keeping in mind that it should be fully automated and that training of operators should be kept to a minimum. The user-interfaces are all in Mongolian using locally developed fonts, as the standard Cyrillic fonts are missing two Mongolian letters.
Needless to say that the system includes procedures for back-up of data to be able to restore partially or completely lost data at any location, as well as tools to deal with clients that temporarily has lost means of email communication; they would be (snail)mailed a specially generated CD with regular intervals. Also clients can generate CDs for mailing with data that they otherwise cannot send.
