No. Care and Care Plus can be cancelled anytime before the plan’s monthly anniversary. Care Ultimate has no monthly fee to cancel: you simply stop sending tasks and pay only for the work already completed. If you have unused prepayments on account, they will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days.

No. Some maintenance arrangements focus mainly on monitoring, updates, or reporting. Continuous Monthly Development is real development work: you send tasks, and we design, develop, test, and implement the changes you want done. On top of that, every plan includes the Monthly System Check at no extra cost: a report on the 1st of every month, listing the things you should be aware of. Your tasks can come from your own backlog or straight out of the Monthly System Check’s findings.

Payment works the way you prefer. If you sign up online with a credit card, you’re billed monthly until you cancel. If you’d rather receive an invoice and pay by bank transfer, we can do that too; just tell us.

Once your first payment is in, onboarding begins: we set up access to your systems, assign your Project Manager, and give you the details for the Monthly System Check. You send your first task, and we start working, typically within 48 hours.

Care Ultimate always starts with a meeting, where we plan the engagement together before the first task is priced.

That depends on your plan, and the difference is one of the main reasons the plans exist.

On Care, all tasks are given to us in writing through our project management system, which you get access to during onboarding. Describe what you want done in your own words; your Project Manager makes sure it reaches the best developer for the task.

On Care Plus, tasks run through the same system in writing, and you also have up to two hours of meetings per month with a Project Manager or any 1902 Software expert, so you can discuss a task before or while we work on it: for planning, advice, and technical discussion.

On Care Ultimate, it’s a combination: tasks arrive in writing or come out of online meetings, whichever fits the work. Meetings are available whenever you need them, billed at the going project management rate for the actual time spent, and every task or group of tasks is approved by you at a fixed price before work begins.

Whatever the plan, all your tasks live in one prioritized backlog, so you always see what’s next, what’s in progress, and what’s done.

Yes. If your needs change, you can move between Care, Care Plus and Care Ultimate. Simply contact us, and we’ll help you make the change. Your current plan runs to the end of the billing month, and the new plan begins from the next month.
