We build AI agents, integrate them into your systems, and hand back something that runs. Whether you're exploring your first AI agent or expanding an existing setup, we can help through a Fixed Price Project or Continuous Monthly Development.
- Fixed Price Projects for larger AI agent initiatives
- Continuous Monthly Development for ongoing AI agent improvement
- Clear Project Scoping before major development begins
- AI agents built, integrated, and operated on your stack
What is an AI agent?
An AI agent is software that uses artificial intelligence to perform work on its own: it reads from your data, decides what to do next, takes action in your systems, and reports back. Unlike a traditional program that follows fixed rules, an agent can handle inputs that vary, an email worded differently every time, an invoice in a new format, a client question nobody scripted, and still produce a measurable outcome.
Agents work best when the job is repeatable, the inputs vary, and success can be measured.
What we build
Client-facing agents
Support agents that read from your knowledge base and ticketing system. Sales agents that qualify leads against your CRM rules and book meetings. Voice and chat, with deterministic fallbacks when the model is uncertain.
Internal operations agents
Project status, document drafting, meeting summaries, code review, invoice matching, supplier onboarding. We run this pattern ourselves with Owtoo, our internal AI assistant.
Content and data agents
Product enrichment, catalog cleanup, classification, translation, multi-channel content generation. Our WriteText.ai product is one of these, built for ecommerce.
Workflow and integration agents
Agents sitting between your ERP, CRM, PIM, and ecommerce platform. Reconciling records, triggering actions on threshold events, escalating exceptions to the right person.
Autonomous research and analysis agents
Open-ended work with clear inputs and outputs but unpredictable steps in between. Competitive research, document assembly, multi-source comparisons.
Where AI agents create business value
Typical applications include:
- Client service automation
- Lead qualification and follow-up
- Order and invoice processing
- Product data enrichment
- Document processing and classification
- Meeting summaries and reporting
- Data reconciliation between systems
- Exception handling and escalation
- Research and competitive analysis
- Multi-channel content generation
If your team performs the same category of work again and again with varying inputs, an agent can probably help.
How an agent project runs
Discovery. We define the agent's job in a single sentence, list the systems it has to read from and write to, and agree what success looks like.
Proof of concept. We build the agent against your real data with an evaluation set you can read. You see retrieval accuracy, action accuracy, and where it gets things wrong. By the end of this phase you have a working demo and a clear yes-or-no decision.
Production build. Integration with your systems, authentication, audit logging, error handling, rate limits, fallback paths, and the evaluation harness that catches regressions when models or data change.
Operation. Monitoring, prompt tuning, model upgrades, gradual handover. Or we keep operating it, with reviews against the original success metrics. Your call.
Fixed Price Projects
For a single, well-defined AI agent project, you get one agreed price for the whole thing, fixed before work begins.
Large projects typically start with a Project Scoping phase at an agreed, prepaid fixed price. The purpose is to precisely define what will be built and to establish the final price. This ensures full clarity for both you and us before development begins.
Continuous Monthly Development
AI agents aren't "finished" at launch: models improve, data changes, and new use cases appear.
Send tasks whenever they arise. With Care, everything runs in writing at one fixed monthly price: no estimates to approve, no cost overruns.
Care Plus gives you everything in Care at its own fixed monthly price, plus up to two hours of meetings per month with a Project Manager or any 1902 Software expert (for planning, advice, and technical discussion), up to two ongoing tasks at a time, and up to two developers working on your tasks at the same time.
Care Ultimate is for ongoing engagements, often across multiple systems, that need close collaboration: a fixed price for every task or group of tasks, approved by you before work begins, people with the right expertise added to your project as your needs grow, and meetings with any 1902 Software expert whenever you need them (billed at the going project management rate for the actual time spent).
Typical work includes:
- Prompt tuning
- Model upgrades
- New capabilities
- New integrations
- Evaluation improvements
- Monitoring improvements
- Expanding the agent to new workflows
- Ongoing technical support
Taking over existing AI agents
Many businesses have custom AI agents built by another team or vendor.
We regularly take over existing agents, with an audit first. We review the prompts, the integrations, the evaluation set if there's one, and the operational telemetry. Sometimes the right move is a rebuild. Sometimes it's a few weeks of cleanup. We tell you which.
What you get
Code and prompts you own
When we ship, the agent's code, prompts, integrations, and deployment are yours. No proprietary platform you can't leave.
Built on your stack
We integrate with the systems you already run. Your CRM, ERP, ecommerce platform, authentication, data warehouse.
Monitoring from day one
Every agent ships with logs, evaluation tests, and the alerts that tell you when the model starts misbehaving. The system doesn't degrade quietly.
Model-agnostic engineering
We pick the model that fits the project and design the architecture to swap it when a better one ships. You're not locked to a provider.
How we use AI in our work
Our developers, designers, testers, and project managers use modern AI-assisted tools for planning, design, development, and testing. This results in higher quality and faster delivery.
Every solution is still reviewed, tested, and verified by experienced software developers and testers before delivery.
When an agent isn't the answer
If the task is deterministic. A workflow with five clear if-then branches needs a script, not an agent. The model adds latency and unpredictability for no gain.
If the cost of a wrong answer is very high. Financial transactions, legal commitments, medical decisions. We can build agents in adjacent workflows, but the irreversible step belongs to a human.
If the data isn't there yet. RAG and agents both run on what they can read. If your knowledge base is empty, contradictory, or out of date, fix that first.
Consulting & advisory
Not sure whether an AI agent is right for your business?
We regularly help businesses evaluate use cases, review their data and systems, and plan AI initiatives before development begins. If an agent isn't the right solution, we'll tell you.
Let's discuss your AI agent project
Whether you’re exploring your first AI agent, expanding an existing setup, or taking over an agent built by another team, we’d be happy to help.
Book a meeting and we’ll help you determine whether a Fixed Price Project, Continuous Monthly Development, or a combination of both is the right approach for your AI project.

Commonly asked questions
Do you provide ongoing support for AI agents?
Yes. Continuous Monthly Development is our primary service for continuously improving AI agents, prompt tuning, model upgrades, new capabilities, and integrations, all without requesting a quotation for every individual task.
How is an AI agent project priced?
Larger AI agent projects are delivered as Fixed Price Projects, with the scope and price agreed before development begins. For larger or more complex initiatives, we recommend a Project Scoping phase first, so the fixed price is based on a clear, agreed definition of what will be built.
Which AI model do you use?
Whichever one fits the project. We test on your data before committing, and we design so the model can be swapped when something better ships. The field moves too fast to lock in.
What happens to our data?
For most projects we use commercial AI providers with data-retention-off settings and no training on client data. For projects with strict residency or confidentiality requirements, we set the deployment to match.
Can you take over an agent another team built?
Yes, with an audit first. We review the prompts, the integrations, the evaluation set if there’s one, and the operational telemetry. Sometimes the right move is a rebuild. Sometimes it’s a few weeks of cleanup. We tell you which.
Can the agent be voice-based?
Yes. Voice agents have a few extra moving parts (telephony, speech-to-text, text-to-speech) but the underlying agent work is the same.
Do you build AI features into projects that aren't AI projects?
Yes, often. Our regular software development work increasingly includes AI features where they fit. If you’re not sure whether your project counts as an “AI project,” it doesn’t matter. Same team, same approach.
