Continuous Monthly Development pricing

The three plans are one system, and the pricing follows one principle: the more we bundle, the less it costs.

One thing never changes, on any plan or on any Fixed Price Project: every task is handled by the best person for the task, whether that means a developer, a designer, a tester, an AI expert, a software architect, or an online marketing expert. What changes between the plans is how much communication your work needs, how fast things get done (one ongoing task in Care, two in Care Plus, and virtually no limit in Care Ultimate), and how the price is shaped.

Care is the least expensive way to get ongoing work done, deliberately. One fixed monthly price covers everything, because everything about it is simple: tasks arrive in writing, one runs at a time, nothing needs a quote, an approval or a meeting. You give up per-task control, and the price rewards you for it.

Care Plus adds meeting time and a second parallel task, so it costs a little more.

Care Ultimate is the most capable and the most involved: every task or group of tasks is separately estimated, coordinated and given a fixed price for your approval, specialists join your project as the work demands, and meetings happen whenever you need them. All of that coordination is real work, and Care Ultimate’s fixed prices reflect it.

In plain terms: if you have a modest, steady workload, Care or Care Plus is your least expensive option. Care Ultimate will cost more than Care or Care Plus, because it is designed for a different purpose: larger engagements with bigger scope, where we advise, prototype and test where needed, and set up and configure everything from a single server to a complete distributed cloud architecture on AWS or Azure. It goes without saying that more people with different skills are involved in these kinds of projects, and that naturally affects the price. The task itself takes the same time to complete whichever plan it arrives on; the difference is the scope and the collaboration around it. What Care Ultimate looks like in practice: several people working on your systems at the same time, daily standup meetings when the work calls for them, no cap on meetings or on the number of ongoing tasks, experts pulled into the project as needed, and decisions made together along the way.

The right plan isn’t the one with the most features. It’s the one whose shape matches your workload, and your Project Manager will tell you honestly which that is.

Because it removes every surprise from the invoice. With Care and Care Plus, one amount every month covers development, project management and the meetings included in your plan, no hourly meters, no cost overruns, no quotation cycle before a bug can be fixed. With Care Ultimate, you approve a fixed price for every task or group of tasks before it starts, so even at high volume, you always know the cost before we begin. Either way, you’re never billed by the hour for development work.

Yes. If your needs change, you can move between Care, Care Plus and Care Ultimate. Simply contact us at sales@1902.software, and we’ll help you make the change. Your current plan runs to the end of the billing month, and the new plan begins from the next month.

Continuous Monthly Development runs to the end of the current billing month regardless of when you’d like to switch. A new Fixed Price Project can then begin as a separate arrangement going forward.

Yes, up to 2 hours per month, with a Project Manager or any 1902 Software expert, as long as the combined total stays within 2 hours. They’re part of the fixed monthly price and never billed.

You can meet with any 1902 Software expert whenever you need to, no monthly ceiling. Meetings are billed at the going project management rate for actual time spent, never rounded up, and your Project Manager will always explain this before it applies.

No. There is no lock-in on any plan. Care and Care Plus can be cancelled anytime before your monthly anniversary, and on Care Ultimate you simply stop sending tasks whenever you choose and pay any outstanding balance. If you have an unused prepayment on account with us, it will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days. If the prepayment was made in one year and refunded in another, we deduct 25% tax and refund the net amount. No long-term contract, no exit fees.

No. Care is the least expensive way to get ongoing work done, because everything is bundled into one fixed monthly price. With Care Ultimate, every task is separately estimated, coordinated and given a fixed price for your approval, and its prices reflect that work, and meetings are billed separately. Care Ultimate is worth it when your engagement genuinely needs that level of collaboration, not as a way to buy a small amount of work.

Yes. The best person for the task handles it. A question about structured data, for example how to set up JSON-LD so AI systems and search engines read your site correctly, goes to an online marketing expert, not a developer.
