General Admin Intern (with allowance)

Working with 1902 Software’s Human resource & Administrative team, the intern will:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in general administrative tasks (e.g. coordinate with office suppliers, handle calls and visitors, remind company meetings, conduct supply inventory)
  • Assist in human resource tasks (e.g. Follow up and collate employee performance feedback, and monitor and update attendance records)
  • Help organize company events or team activities
  • Assist in simple payroll-accounting tasks
  • Create simple company visuals using Canva
  • Conduct research on various topics

Internship setup:

  • Onsite work in Alabang
  • Daytime work
  • At least 4 hours of daily required work

Requirements:

  • Senior or junior students of BS in Business Administration, BS in Management, Office Administration, or Office Management, who are completing their required internship hours.
  • Fresh graduates seeking to gain additional hands-on, internship experience are also welcome to apply. Take note that we provide daily transportation allowance only.
  • Minimum of 500 internship hours to fully maximize the learning and training opportunities provided.
  • Fast learner, follows instructions well, diligent, thorough, pays careful attention to details, patient, has a cheerful temperament, energetic, flexible, and highly organized.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.

1902 Software is located in Filinvest, Alabang. We welcome applicants from Southern Metro Manila: Taguig, Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Las Piñas, as well as from Cavite, and Laguna.
