Want to be hands-on with AI?
Co-Dev gives you a hands-on role in shaping a working prototype with agentic development tools, no coding needed. From project intake, a working prototype usually takes one to two weeks for 1902 Software to prepare. Before shaping starts, we run one workshop with two sessions, where we teach you how to use agentic development tools so you can make changes on your own. You then shape the prototype together with us, typically with Codex using your own key. You test your own ideas and refine how the software works, while we stay active partners: we advise you on strategy, production requirements, and technical decisions, suggest features, and build alongside you.
The prototype is not the finished product; it is where we understand exactly what to build. Once it does what you want, we review what production requires, including authentication, real data, integrations, security, scaling, and deployment, then engineer, test, and deploy the full application. If you have already vibe-coded a proof of concept, you can bring that to us instead of starting with a prototype. We assess it, identify what needs to change, and engineer the production-ready application the same way.
Technical responsibility stays with experienced people throughout. Clients also often come away from a Co-Dev project with practical agentic development skills their own team can keep using.
