Owtoo provides meeting support by analyzing transcripts to extract key information and timelines. It assists with file analysis by reviewing and summarizing project-related documents. Additionally, Owtoo helps locate references, past work, and other essential information.
   
   
2. Meeting Summary: This feature in our ERP system helps our project managers and clients keep track of their discussions, decisions, and action items from their meetings. Driven by AI, the ERP automatically generates meeting summaries, ensuring that important points are not missed and participants can revisit the meeting content whenever needed. These summaries are easily accessible and shareable. Key features include: 
   • Task assignment helps users identify and prioritize tasks generated from the meeting summary, including potential jobs and suggestions, eliminating manual transcript analysis.

   

   • Decision tracking ensures that all key decisions made during the meeting are documented and visible to all participants.
     
     

    

   • Follow-up actions can be linked to the meeting summary, ensuring that tasks are reviewed and completed in subsequent meetings.

     
     

3. Estimation/Task Creation Tool: Our project managers can efficiently create tasks and estimates in a click of a button. This AI-powered tool optimizes project management task by smartly identifying potential tasks from various inputs, such as meeting transcripts, client-provided documents, and plain text data. It uses machine learning to estimate durations by comparing them with similar activities completed in the past. Additionally, AI automatically generates detailed descriptions and test cases. By analyzing historical activities with similar characteristics, this tool can also detect potential issues early on, helping to mitigate risks and improve project efficiency. This results in a more efficient, data-driven approach to project management.

   

4. Upselling Tool: By leveraging data from our ERP-CRM—including meeting summaries, client agreements, past tasks, and project details—this feature identifies potential design, testing, and development opportunities that we can propose to our clients. AI analyzes the information to generate a list of upselling possibilities based on historical and current project data. In one click, any selected upselling opportunity will go to the estimation/task creation tool, which is also powered by AI. With a single click, any selected upselling opportunity can be seamlessly transferred to the AI-powered estimation and task creation tool, allowing for quick, accurate task generation.
