Job Description
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will handle all facets of our link building program, from strategy development to execution and analysis. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform competitor backlink analysis (Ahrefs/Semrush) and target high-quality gap opportunities
- Handle selective directory submissions and unlinked brand mention outreach
- Conduct personalized outreach for guest posts, expert commentary, and journalist placements (Featured, Qwoted, etc.)
- Collaborate on creating linkable assets: original research, free tools, guides, case studies
- Manage product directory launches (Product Hunt, G2, Capterra, etc.)
- Build relationships with bloggers, journalists, and influencers for natural link earning
- Track KPIs: organic traffic, rankings, referral traffic, DA/DR growth, conversions
- Report monthly on link quality, costs, and ROI; optimize for long-term results
1902 Software is located in Filinvest, Alabang. We welcome applicants from Southern Metro Manila: Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, Taguig, Parañaque, as well as from Cavite, and Laguna.

Requirements
- 5+ years in SEO/link building/Digital PR with proven high-authority link results
- Strong experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Analytics, outreach tools
- Skilled in personalized email outreach (20%+ response rates preferred)
- Knowledge of ethical link building and recent Google updates
- Excellent English communication; analytical mindset
- Experience in SaaS, AI, or e-commerce is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset
- A keen interest in technology and the ability to work independently
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Qualified undergraduates are welcome
